We're glad you're here! The Dyknow Help Center provides a knowledge base of resources to enable Dyknow Administrators, Tech Coaches, and Teachers to use Dyknow's classroom management software to defeat distractions caused by student device usage.
Things to look for:
- Suggested Search. Find your answer even faster! Our Help Center recommends articles based on your search criteria.
- Submit a Request. If you haven't found a solution after searching the Help Center, click Submit a Request to enter the details of your question. You'll receive confirmation via email that we received your request, and a member of our team will reply within 1 business day.
- Video Resources. Our YouTube community has fantastic webinar records, tutorials, and training resources for everyone!

- Check Existing Requests. Once you've created a support login, you can always come back to add new tickets and check up on existing ones as well. If you choose, we can also make all tickets specific to your institution available to you.
