Students Unable to See Broadcasted Screen


Is your student unable to see the screen an instructor is currently broadcasting? This student (or the class) may not be able to see a demonstration if they are having connectivity issues. 

  1. Stop (end) the existing screen broadcast and restart it. 
  2. Make sure a connection to the Internet is established by attempting to open an Internet browser. If the student cannot browse the Internet, he/she will not see the demonstration.
