QUESTION: Users may receive the message "You must have a valid DyKnow Vision license to use session functionality"
SOLUTION: Often, users receive this message when they've selected "Start Session" from the "Session" tab. This functionality begins DyKnow Vision. Monitor-only customers should instead select "Start Monitor" from the "Monitor" tab. (*Images below!)
When a user receives this message, it indicates a Monitor-only license type has attempted to start a DyKnow Vision session. Our DyKnow Monitor and Vision products are integrated into the same application (client) interface for teachers, so users login to both products from the same view.
