Proxy servers can prevent DyKnow from communicating properly. 

 

Solution:

 

The following steps should be taken to prevent communication interference from a proxy server:

1. Ensure that the DyKnow server has been added as an exception to the proxy server.
2. In rare cases, the proxy server might be set to 'Expect 100 Continue'. In this case, the proxy server should be set to ignore Expect 100 Continue requests. Contact your proxy provider for details on applying this setting.
