Transfer File Tool: File in Wrong Location



When using the Transfer File tool in DyKnow Monitor, the transmitted file may end up on the destination computer's desktop instead of the specified location.  This may happen if the file is being sent to a location that is a network drive/path or if the My Documents folder is the destination and has been mapped to a network drive/path.


Create or set the following registry object in the destination computer's registry:

BRANCH: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

DWORD: EnableLinkedConnections = 1
