Error: The Background File for This Panel Cannot be Found

Summary

When signing into DyKnow, the following error appears: "The background file for this panel cannot be found."

Solution

This will happen if DyKnow if an upgrade to the DyKnow client is performed while the installed version of the DyKnow client is running. 

To resolve the issue, download and unzip the background files attached to this article and place them in c:\program files\dyknow\client\background\

This error can be prevented by ensuring the DyKnow client is not running during an upgrade.
