A 90000110x error is an internal error code that may appear during the sign-on process. This error usually indicates that the Internet is unavailable.
- Check to see if the computer has working internet access. If the internet connection has failed, contact your network administrator.
If internet access is working:
- Launch the DyKnow client software and click 'Communication Settings' at the 'Sign On' screen. Make sure the Server Name matches the name supplied to by your DyKnow representative.
- Also, make sure the Server Identifier is correct.
- Press 'OK' and attempt to sign on again.
