Error: 90000110x


A 90000110x error is an internal error code that may appear during the sign-on process. This error usually indicates that the Internet is unavailable.


  1. Check to see if the computer has working internet access. If the internet connection has failed, contact your network administrator.

If internet access is working:

  1. Launch the DyKnow client software and click 'Communication Settings' at the 'Sign On' screen. Make sure the Server Name matches the name supplied to by your DyKnow representative.
  2. Also, make sure the Server Identifier is correct.
  3. Press 'OK' and attempt to sign on again.
