While upgrading the DyKnow server a 1722 error is thrown when the upgrader attempts the Action: CreateAppEventLog, running AppEventLogSetup.exe
Note: The error may vary slightly from the error shown.
This error is generally caused by a corrupted Application Event Log.
Clear the Application Event Log.
1. Open the Event Viewer via the Control Panel
Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer
2. Expand the Windows Logs
3. Right Click on Application
4. Select Clear Log... from the options
If the error persists after clearing the application event log, please contact DyKnow support.
