When attempting to upgrade the DyKnow server, the error "SQL Request Failed" occurs.
This error occurs if the database listed under "Database server that you are installing to:" does not match previous installations.
To verify the database server for the previous installation:
1. Click Start, search for an open regedit then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DyKnow\DySrv40
2. Compare the value of DBServer to the server listed in the installer.
Change the installer so that it points to the same server listed in the registry
If solution 1 is not possible, change the registry key of DBServer to point to the server listed in the installer.
