Error: Proxy Settings or Web Accelerator

When attempting to sign into DyKnow, the user receives the following error messages: 

  1. Error connecting to MyDyKnow. This could be caused by a loss of your network connection. 
  2. Your connection to the server has been disconnected or has timed out due to inactivity. You must sign in again or work offline.
  3. An error has occurred: 900001102.

Change your MS Internet Explorer browser proxy settings so you can reach the DyKnow server: 

  1. Open MS Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options.

  2. Click on the Connections tab.

  3. Click on the LAN Settings button. 
  4. Un-check “Use automatic configuration script” (if you have that checked).

  5. Check “use proxy server” address: (Insert Proxy Server Here) Port: (Port Number Listed from DyKnow Communication Settings) 
  6. Click OK 
  7. Click OK

If a local proxy server or web accelerator is running:

  1. Determine what local proxy server is running.

  2. Disable the local proxy server while running DyKnow
