All users receive an error 900007002 during logon

All users suddenly receive the error 900007002 or 900007003 when attempting to log into the DyKnow client or Admin Console with Active Directory authenticaton.

This can happen if the SQL Transaction Log for the DyKnow database is unable to expand due to insufficient free hard drive space. 



SOLUTION: 

Ensure there is sufficient hard drive space on the SQL server hosting the DyKnow database. The SQL Transaction Log for DyKnow may utilize up to 2GB of space. Please refer to our server specifications for disk space recommendations for the DyKnow database.
