User receives a 900007111 error when attempting to sign into the DyKnow client.

SUMMARY: 

This error can occur when DyKnow encounters an exception, preventing DyKnow from successfully mapping an Active Directory security group to our corresponding DyKnow groups.

SOLUTION: 

Please provide a screenshot of the security groups the user is a member of in Active Directory. Refer to the screenshot below as an example.
