When attempting to start Monitor, you may receive the message "Your connection to the server has been disconnected or has timed out due to inactivity. You must sign in again or work offline." There may additionally be an error code of 90000000102.
This happens when you are trying to start Monitor on a 5.6 server from a client older than 5.6. DyKnow 5.6 upgraded the security model behind Monitor and, as a consequence, had to break backwards compatibility with older clients.
To resolve this problem, please upgrade to the latest client.
