You probably need to add the IP addresses below to the exception list in your security or web appliances (e.g. firewall, proxy server, web/content filter) to ensure uninterrupted service:

Sending logs from DyKnow Monitor/Vision5.x or Monitor CP
use diag.dyknow.com (HTTP port 80)
IP: 173.227.211.133
