Error: Invalid License Key

If you receive an error message mentioning an invalid license key, please contact your Customer Success Manager by emailing ce [at] dyknow [dot] com for a new license key. You can also submit a request via our web portal.

*Please note: If you have purchased subscription-based license of DyKnow, your license key is valid for 12 months from the date your annual maintenance payment is received.
