Managing User Accounts

Option 1: Automated SIS integration (recommended)

If your user data is already stored in a student information system or other registrar system, we strongly recommend using the Data Integration Tool (DITO) to integrate with the DyKnow server. The document below will guide you through getting started with DITO.  (NOTE TO ASP USERS:  Because DyKnow is hosting your server, please create a support ticket once you have your user accounts exported and they will work with you to run the remainder of the import process.)

Step 1: Click on Add New User in the 'User Tasks' section
Step 2: Type in the required values (User ID, Password, and User Type are the defaults)
Step 3:  Click Create User

Option 3: Self Enrollment (Only for Customer utilizing DyKnow Vision)

Your final option is to allow users to create their own accounts and sign up for classes.
