DyKnow Cloud - Student thumbnail says "Student Device is Asleep"


Problem: After a period of inactivity most devices will put the display to sleep to conserve battery life.  When this happens DyKnow is unable to capture a thumbnail. Instead, a black screen is displayed along with a DyKnow-generated message.

Solution: When the student becomes active again the thumbnail will begin to display again automatically.
