DyKnow Cloud: Student thumbnail says "Watching Fullscreen Video"

Problem: When watching fullscreen video on an iPad, DyKnow Cloud is unable to capture a thumbnail due to copyright protection enforced by Apple. Instead, a black screen is displayed along with a DyKnow-generated message.

Solution: When the student stops viewing copyrighted content in full screen (such as a YouTube clip of a television program) the thumbnail will display again automatically.
