FAQ: Why Can't I Monitor? "Outside Monitoring Time"


DyKnow Cloud Administrators set days and times during which DyKnow may or may not monitor student devices.

An example may be, "Only allow teachers to monitor with DyKnow from 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday."

If a teacher clicks "Start Monitoring" any time outside of the established days and times, they will see a message like the one below. This indicates that you must wait until the time mentioned in the message before you may monitor.

If you believe you receive this message in error, please contact your DyKnow Cloud Administrator about updating these dates and times.
