DyKnow Cloud: Manage Deployment Groups as Admin

Background

The DyKnow Cloud .MSI automatically updates silently OTA on student devices when we release an update.

Almost all schools like this model. Some, however, wish to have more granular control of which devices in their fleet get which DyKnow update. Enter deployment groups.

Deployment group tokens are associated with DyKnow Cloud student installers. So it's possible slow down updates or even to have a different different DyKnow version for middle school devices vs. high school devices, etc.

To access, login as admin to DyKnow Cloud > click the gear icon > Deployment Groups

Email support@dyknow.com to request the creation of new Deployment Groups.
